How to Order

1. Select Your Products.
Browse our collections of apparel and accessories in our Cre8ivEmbroidery Online Catalog. Prices include embroidery, screen print (depending on how many colors) and heat applied designs/logos, set-up charges may apply, we offer discounted prices based on the number of pieces in the entire order. You can look at pictures of the items in different colors, and also check whether or not they are in stock by clicking on color swatches on most product pages.
We work hard to offer you the best pricing.

2. Quote Request.
On each product page is a link to 'ADD TO INQUIRIES'. You basically fill a shopping cart with the items, colors, and sizes you want and click the 'UPDATE INQUIRY' button. Once all your items are added, click the 'SUBMIT INQUIRY' button. This opens a form where you can enter detailed information. You may also upload your logo, or tell us what text you would like embroidered, screenprinted, or heat applied. You can also specify the date you need your order.

3. We will respond with a detailed quote, within a few hours.

4. Once the quote is accepted via return e-mail, we will e-mail an invoice to you with a link to a secure website where you can pay online. This does not apply to merchandise with "Add To Cart" buttons.

5. Large orders (over 200 pieces), require at least 50% payment of the order as a deposit, we will digitize your logo, and email it to you for approval, this may take a few days.

6. Once we have your final approval, final payment is required, we will place your order into production and ship, usually within two weeks (sooner if required with possible rush charges).
