What is the Turnaround Time?
Orders of custom embroidered apparel are shipped in 10 business days after order is approved.
Rush orders are available and a fee may apply, Contact us directly for rush service.
Will I see my Logo before Production begins?
Yes, we will email you a proof of your embroidered logo for your approval.
Once approved by you, we will schedule your order for production.
Proofs are provided only if an order has been submitted.
How do I submit my Logo to you?

What is the fee for Embroidery Set-up?
To transfer your image to an embroidered image, we convert it into an embroidery format for machine stitching. Once your logo is converted, there will be no set-up charges for future orders of the same logo. If you change your logo in anyway, we will charge another set-up fee.
A one-time set-up fee is $55.00.
What if I want another logo embroidered on an item?
There is an additional fee for embroidered second locations. If you want a second location embroidered the cost is based on the quantity as follows:
1 to 24 $5.50/each
25 to 70 $4.50/each
Additional logos are subject to the set-up charge of $55.00.
Do you charge by number of colors and stitches?
There is no extra charge for colors. Your logo quote will include stitch counts in pricing.
Can I get my items personalized with names?
Yes, there is an additional $5.00 fee per item to place names. The charge is the same for first names or full names.
Personalization can only be done on items that will also be embroidered with a logo.

Do you require a minimum order?
No, however the more you order the greater the discount.
What are my Payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Our website is highly secure, we do not see credit card numbers your order is processed via Authorize.net a complete secure system.
Can I order thru your catalog?
You may place your order in our catalog. Payment accepted in catalog is thru PayPal only.
If you would like to pay using a major credit card, send us the information in the inquiries screen and we will submit a link for purchase.
Do you have size charts?
Size charts are located in the catalog with the item, labeled "Product Measurements"
Do you have a catalog?
We do have an apparel and accessories catalog upon request.
What is your Screen Printing process?
Our screen printing process and pricing is completely different from embroidery.
Minimum order for screen printed items is 12 pieces.

Can I send items to you for embroidery?
We only embroider on items we sell.
How long do you keep logos?
We do not destroy logos, your logo will always be available to use on future orders.
